The Asher Old Town Residences

Brief: Develop a rebrand strategy, logo, and website design for an established luxury apartment complex in Old Town Alexandria, VA.

 

Notes: Hickok Cole Creative partnered with Erkiletian Real Estate and Bozzuto to create a fresh new visual identity system for this charming apartment property. Located in Northwest Old Town, this visual system is inspired by the charming neighborhood, the quirky building design, the nearby vintage train station/tracks and its historical location.

 

Everything about The Asher radiates a sense of hospitality and warmth. To embrace that sense of welcome for the new visual direction, we looked to the main entrance as the core visual anchor element. The entrance facade was the perfect symbol to embrace and establish a warm welcome. Pairing hand-drawn style line work with an elegant and classic type treatment makes the perfect first impression of The Asher.

 

The color palette pulls from the historical colonial style neighborhood with a bit of a bohemian flair. Paired with the hand-drawn style line word throughout the system, it's the perfect compliment to the property's heritage and charm.​
